Insurance and Payment Options
We accept PPO versions of the following insurances:
- Delta Dental
- Aetna
- Cigna
- Humana
- MetLife
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Florida Combined Life)
- Dentamax Dental Plan (offered by other insurance companies)
We accept most insurance plans and will gladly process your claim. If we are not a participating provider for your particular plan, we will work with you to file and obtain the maximum reimbursement from your existing insurance. Please bring the necessary information with you on your first visit.
Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not covered by your insurance company.
We accept multiple forms of payment, including all major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as debit cards.

United Healthcare (12/5) provides seven tips from the American Dental Association, Cleveland Clinic, Parents, and POPSUGAR on how to prepare children for a dental visit, stating, for example, that the ADA recommends children have a light meal before visiting the dentist. According to the ADA, “A hungry child is not a happy patient.”
